New Business leads database

Hello fellow warriors does anyone here knows where to find a good source of New Business leads? I know about salesgenie and all other major database out there, they are to expensive for the test I want to run, I know about the free trial for salesgenie I already used it so thats no an option any suggestion?

EDIT: What I'm looking for is for businesses that had just register.

    Why not create your own leads database with something like Power Leads Pro?

    Once software paid, they are basically free.

      Yes, thats something thats already setup, but I am looking for leads now, well maybe the word is not leads more like a list of new businesses that just have register.
