What's your standard procedure for receiving payments? Do you always make sure that they pay first before you deliver and install your product or do you deliver it with an invoice and hope they pay?

Anyone had any problems with that down the line?

What's your own best practice?

    We always make sure that they pay first as it's a beneficial way. We are using multiple payment gateways to receive payments such as PayPal, Moneybooker , Google Checkout, 2checkout, and Bank wire transfer. In some case Direct Debit as well.

    It's not business until a contract/agreement has been signed and a deposit has been made (50% of the deal).
