What is a PR3+ ?

I understand that one of the best ways to get your link on a homepage of a blog is with a PR3+...but what is a PR3+?

    Not just a blog, but any site with high PR. Google PageRank(different than SERPs).

    The higher the PR, the higher the authority and juice you can get from that link!

      exactly^^ but it takes alot to build a good PR blog. You need to have original content update it consistently with good valid data and have many visitors and of course have many backlinks! The best thing to do is find PR3 or higher blogs/websites and backlink in them this will help reach your website to a PR3 or higher! Good Luck!
