Please Explain

I don't understand why some searches only show a 3 box and others have a 7 box. Is there anyone who can explain this to me? Thanks

    Can you elaborate, please? Where in particular are you searching, and when you refer to a "3 box" and a "7 box", what specifically are you referring to?

    Well of course no actually outside of Google actually knows the answer. It's all speculation and my opinion is it has to do with the number of searches. The more searches the larger the box. Nothing scientific here, but larger cities in larger niches tend to get a 10 box, smaller cities or smaller niches get smaller boxes or none at all. Nothing you can do to make it happen.
