Has anyone had good results to share with Google Boost?

I was thinking about trying it out for my own business.

A monthly budget suggested on the website is $230 - $950!

Seems like a whole lot for a places ad

    I've heard nothing but complaints.

Seems you can't setup negative keywords in your listing, and all the keywords are broad match.

    End Result?

You burn through a budget in about 1-2 weeks (compared to adwords)

    Still needs work!

Agreed with Dexx. Garbage in my opinion. I set up myself and some clients at the the same time. NONE of us saw any calls or results but mysteriously we had burned through hundreds of dollars! STAY AWAY!

PS-you pay for time even if you arent getting many clicks! Soo if it says you should get 100-200 clicks for example, and is near end of the month you have have only 50, guess what??

YOU GET FULLY CHARGED ANYWAYS! RIP OFF!!

Nice feedback guys. I'll be keeping my eye on this. I semi-pitched Google Boost to a business associate last night, but I put more emphasis on getting him ranked on Google Places. I'm glad to hear from others what they've experienced.

Is Google boost advertising for Google Places?

Is this the same thing as the tags?
