How to sell mobile sites

I am debating wither I should offer free mobile sites then charge business owners like $27 monthly or should just sell them upfront.

Any suggestions?

    I would approach this strategy like any other "service marketing" strategies. Generate a lead via direct mail or advertising, have case studies ready for credibility, show value in what you are offering, tell them the advantages of having their own mobile website, ask them alot of questions about their business and the direction they want to take it in, and then work with the possible client for a few days until you close the sale.

    And yes... i like $27 a month. I would be good with that price if i had alot of business owners flocking towards this offer.
