You may be able to turn them around to have an off site person to handle their online campaigns.

Serious enough to advertise for a fulltime in-house person for the first time.

    Depends on what they plan on paying. Sometimes people want it in house because their budget is low and they think they can pay the in house guy less. Or they need someone putting in 50+ hours to do what they want.

    If someone lived in that area it might be worth looking into to do that in house for the benfits and run the rest of your business on the side.

    The job is in Irvine, CA. Who wants to move there? Seriously, not the best place to live. That's my 2¢ about Irvine. Their ad also states they will only consider a candidate for an in house position. On the other hand, maybe someone can convince them to work w/an outside company. Good luck to everyone who tries to convert them. In any event, thanks for the post.
