Marketing Strategy Experience needed

Hi all offliner,

I met a client and face a challenge that I have never encounter and
need some help here.

I am in the offline business for slightly more than 2 year, and one
of my client in the therapy device gave me a project that is totally
unique.

He is the master franchiser and he wants me to create a online
marketing plan for his coming franchisee who get his franchise.

His business already have track record of 4 franchisee in 8 months,
and his device is proven to work with 6,000+ testimonials worldwide.

I need real life experience here with the strategy to help local business
growth in less than 3 months with online marketing method.

If you see any reputable author's WSO in this situation, please feel
free to recommend me.

    Our company create marketing plans for small to large corporations. I would suggest some kind of video recorded back office that the incoming Franchisees have a place to learn, then back it up with some weekly calls/webinars.
    Most businesses need a combination of a Search, Social, SEO, Video, Article and Blog Marketing Campaign.

      However, I need more on success stories on employing online marketing
      for local businesses, what strategy and how they did it.

        We have many success stories but sharing them in detail would take hours my friend.
        If you would really like to learn more, I could run you through some that we have on our Power Point Presentation to clients.

    Hi Simon I really hope you have positioned yourself properly here.

    He is the master franchiser and he wants me to create a online
    marketing plan for his coming franchisee who get his franchise.
    What he is really asking you is to create an online franchise for him....really smart guy.

    But my question to you is have you quoted enough to create a franchise for him. I'd be willing to bet not.

    Don't be misled here that is what he is asking.

    And firstly congratualtions for landing a client like this.
    When do you need it?
    The first thing you should do is get hold of an audio copy of the emyth. It will alter your entire position and put you back in a position of strenght.
    (I say the audio version and not the book only because it is probably faster to digest).

    Also get Chet Holmes book if you can and look how he structures his core story. Anyone who creates presentations like these can command big money. Chet used to charge $80,000 each and they are worth every penny.

    you need to understand is he wanting a training delivery system or a marketing system or both? If only one, position yourself and offer both. A true entreprenuer will recognise this as true added value, he may not run that way but he will respect you more.

      This was my concern as well. Chet's book is a good recommendation, but you probably don't have time to digest it all right now. Nevertheless, this may be a good opportunity. If he can't afford a significant fee then consider negotiating an equity position or deferred compensation.

    This was my concern as well. Chet's book is a good recommendation, but you probably don't have time to digest it all right now. Nevertheless, this may be a good opportunity. If he can't afford a significant fee then consider negotiating an equity position or deferred compensation.
    Big concern, hope he gets a reasonble fee for it and can do the job.
    Great to land a job like this.

    Re Chet and the Emyth, agreed, probably not time, But I had no suggestions, that were easier or better. Would love to know if you have other thought on this.
