Best wordpress themes

Can anyone recommend me some free word press themes that are highly customizable and maybe have a feature for a simple flash animation. I prefer if these themes were free or relatively low in price. I want to see a theme that I can edit and mold for web design projects. Any help is appreciated.

    I know you're looking for free templates, but I still have to recommend profits theme.

    It's only $97 and it does EVERTYHING. It easily generates landing pages, squeeze pages, membership sites, launch pages, etc.

    It even has a drag and drop system to drag all of the typical sales page graphics onto all of your pages.

    For only $97 it's a total steal and I use it for a lot of my different campaigns and sites and you can use it on unlimited domains so you should definitely check it out!

    Are you looking for themes for your own sites or to use on sites for clients?

    For my own sites in the past I have used Thesis and loved it, but am now leaning towards Profits Theme (like I may hit the buy button any minute now).

    For client sites I am leaning towards SmallBiz Theme from Expand2Web.

    None of these are free or cheap...

    Thesis Developer's Option is $164 (use on all of your own sites)
    Profits Theme as mentioned is $97 (use on all of your own sites)
    SmallBiz Theme $197 (use on your sites and sites for clients)

    For free I like to use the Jenny theme.
    Paid themes I used to like the Socrates theme but the one I'm leaning on now is optimize press. The only thing with it is that you can only get personal use from it. So if you want to flip the sites or for client work, you would need to buy extra licences.

    But for free, I like the Jenny theme

      It's been quite a long time since I used this theme but Atahualpa from Bytes for All was a decent free theme. It has tons of customization options and their support forum is great as well. Hope this helps.

    I'ts a paid them, but I'm a fan of OptimizePress myself... handles launches, sales pages, squeeze pages, membership sites, blogs, etc. I believe it's around $97 as well.

    Bumping up this old thread as I search for the right theme(s)!

    Does anyone have any more good things to say about the SmallBiz theme? I'm leaning towards them.

    I need a theme (or two or three...) that is very easily customizable, so that I can use it for several different types of clients. And, of course, good support for plugins, etc.

      I use SmallBiz Theme and love it. Do a quick search and you will find others also!

      The support is amazing, they have answered so many questions of mine, even though they are dumb questions.

      You can create a mobile website as well, great for an upsell or throwing it in for free to seal the deal.
