I am searching a good gmail backup software to backup my gmail account? any help!!

    I'm glad you asked the question, it made me think about the possibilities of having my gmail suddenly vanish.

    Download thunderbird, configure, get all your mail, and zip up the resulting mail folders.

    You could use Microsoft Outlook. MS Outlook 2003 is very easy to use, and i'm guessing that the recent versions are just as easy to use also.

    Yup Agreed Both Thuderbird and Outlook are great. You will have a local backup of your emails. make sure you change your email settings at gmail so you can download all your email on outlook or thunderbird.

    There are so many software available on internet to backup your gmail data. I use microsoft outlook. this is very helpful to read emails while offline mode.

    Download the Gmail-Backup.This is a free download, however there is a choice to make a donation, as with all open source programs. Do a search on Google for Gmail backup and is the first result. You must scroll down to find the link to this file the.exe for Windows.
