I find that calling in the morning, about 7.30-9.00, you catch the doctors when they are having their morning coffee without the receptionist being there to stop you in your tracks.

    WHATS UP WITH CAPS LOCK!?!

Actually since I deal with a lot of doctors, I have found that for me what works the best is late afternoon. Just when they are about to finish.

You get less calls through, but it seems they convert better. Perhaps because you are one of the last things to come up at their work, so they go home and think more about your offer or drive home and think about it on their drive home.

Experience, teaches us that in most cases businessmen are best caught first thing in the morning and make a lot of their decisions early on in the day.

        Good luck to you warrior

I have several doctor friends. Each is different. Some are free early some are free later. Often the person who makes the decisions are not a doctor. A lot of doctor offices have some sort of administrator. In these cases which are many they are businessmen and so I refer back to my first few lines.
