I wonder if anyone can give me a little help. I remember some time back there was a post mentioning a form handler that they use regularly. Don't remember which it was.

Not necessarily looking for THAT one (would be nice to find tho) but any suggestions on what you may use would be helpful.

I'm not looking for any WP plugins though.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Not sure if this is what you mean, but Google has a great forms tool. It allows you to send a questionnaire around by email, and compiles the results back in a spreadsheet for you automatically. Saves all that copying and pasting work!

Thanks Jason but I'm looking for something along the line of Matt's Formmail.com ....but not formmail!

    • I have a related question and based on the thread title thought this might be what the OP was looking for.

I'm looking for something but don't even know what to call it so I can search and find it. (I thought form handler maybe describe it but I guess not.)

You know how in a Word doc you can do search and replace?

I need a tool that will let me build a form in Word and then will auto populate all the data in all the right places by just inputting the data once.

So for example you would just add name, address, phone, keyword, latitude, longitude, etc. in the top of the form ONE TIME.

But then below in the data entry fields every place where it asked for name, it would auto add it. Same with address, etc.

So add the core data once and it auto-populates the entire form instead of having to do a search and replace for each field separately.

I've built a really HOT Local SEO Template that scores really good rankings and works really well, I just need to automate it, so it's even faster and easier to use.

Anyone know where to find a tool that does the above in a Word doc? Or any idea what it would be called so I can search for it? I've tried and can't find what I'm looking for. I think some sort of Word Macro would probably do it, but I don't want to have to screw with it to figure it out and build it. I just want an out of the box form fill type of solution. Ideas???
