Managing outsourcing projects?
Hi there,
I have put together a plan to manage my outsourcers for my offline consultancy and I would like to run it past you guys for your input please.
This is my thinking:
1) Dropbox folder for each client which the relevant outsourcer will have access to. There might be more than one outsourcer based on the type of package that a client takes.
2) Create a gmail account for the client for all Social accounts, analytics etc to be opened with
3) Manage the projects and outsourcers via forum based software i.e. a private forum that only outsourcers can access.
4) Each project is a seperate thread where all communication for the project will take place.
5) No login details will be provided in the forum. All those will be kept in a document either on Google Docs or Drop Box for myself and the relevant outsourcer.
