You could always contact them (contact us at the very bottom right on http://www.wedsite.com/ on the info page in very faint font) with your question.

They also have a FB page linkable through there but I didn't find any real people to talk to in my superquick search. But you could FB msg them as well.

It's just a Template from Website.com. while it looks pretty on a Desktop....an IPhone user wouldnt be able to see it because it is a Flash Template.

Its a cool idea!

It is done using Flash, and you could hire a developer to create something similar for non-wedding niches. Although impressive I reckon for $200-$400 you could hire someone to create a bespoke version for you.
