Cold Calling From Overseas? What Service?

Hey guys,

I'm doing a lot of traveling and I'm currently in buenos aires... looking for a solution to be able to cold call, I've tried Skype but it's lagging and the quality is not good. Is there any affordable alternative? I want to call businesses in Sweden.

    Why not try a Sweden-centered VOIP company?
    I find it's usually best to call a country with the same service you are using. But, also keep in mind you are on the other side of the world, that probably has something to do with it.

    You can use magic jack, which plugs into the internet and allows you to have a US number and call like you are in the US, no matter where you are. But to use it to call international you need to pay for international credits.

      voipcheap has always worked well for me ..... and calls to landlines and mobiles much, much cheaper than Skype.
