Odesk - Outsourcers

Hey Guys,


I assume if you guys use outsourcers, you usually use them via odesk of some sort ?

Just wondering if anyone has any example "Job Postings" they have put up to get the best people to reply ? of course weeding out the rubbish ones is a process but really just looking for something to get some ideas from

Email Support etc

    With odesk you will go through a few bad apples before getting a good one. The get good ones you're going to need to usually pay more than 1-3 bucks an hour. You can go through odesk and look at job postings, I think just having a full description and a nice title will get the job done.

    It's free to post, so why not test it out and see what works best for you?

    I tend not to outsource but from when I used to a long time ago, make them quote a random word on their job bid at the bottom to be sure they actually read it. Tell them to put the "word" as the first word in their reply.

    No word? Don't even review them.

      I ask for a specific example of work that is related. No example or it is not what I am looking for I reject them.
