By only looking at this logo tell me what you think about this company and its offerings.

Coupon site! a local based one. targetting the retail centre / CBD of a particular city.
Or possibly....a coupon site where I can go click on the city I want, and it'll have coupons, again focusing on the retail centre. I'm expecting clothing store coupons, hair salons, cafes & restaurants...

Whatever it is, it's a coupon site!

daily deals coupon site for a department store.

Not sure about the yellow sun rays - that might get lost on a white background. I think the text can be minimized abit as it is getting too close to the edge.

  Based solely on the logo, it appears to be for a site for coupons. Possibly a directory, but I'm thinking more localized businesses. Good job to whoever did it though, it's very bright and attracting and (assuming it is for coupons) very self-explanatory.

I can't get past the poor kerning between the A and the V in SAVERS.

It's definitely not for anything brick & mortar, so it's some type of online coupon site or a direct mail/print publication.

Nice guesses as a group, I wanted to see how self evident the logo would be to the general public who saw it. It is a online publication with coupons to promote local small businesses. I did a test run last summer and now will do it in full scale.

@bobross I am pretty anal and must have looked at that logo a hundred times and never noticed the kerning issue until you mentioned, now I may want to look at a few different fonts before making public.

@Eddie Spangler - You are getting endless clues from visitors but all are pointing one common thing - discount?? I'm not sure - Is it in the Logo ?? or just why because, people mainly prefer Free or Discount type Coupons... I guess. It is their imagination, so be a bit specific to promote your brand.

Something I would expect to see on a social media site ad.

Local to me or national brands in a retail store. Not so much online or eCommerce. Durable goods and various typical services eg. hair, health, movies, doctors ,lawyers, etc.
