Having a LOT of problems..
I am having lead generators find small to medium size businesses in large cities across Canada, and am having the cold callers call them and sell the service to them. Usually they ask for more information in e-mail format, which I have been trying to do. The rest ask for a PayPal invoice to be sent via e-mail but never Pay! I think I'm going to have to get on the phone myself like you guys say, I'm just very shy on the phone, as I have only just turned 15.
Hey everyone,
So I have hired cold callers off of oDesk, (9 of them), and 3 lead gens (900 leads per day, upped to 1800 when I have the money to provide additionally Skypes) and am looking to sell Mobile Websites.
I am feeling very overwhelmed with problems right now..
Yesterday I had 20 people say they would like more information through e-mail, and are interested in purchasing.. That was $697 per client.. I'm missing out on a possibility of $14,000 right now, because of my next problem.
I bought a domain and e-mail from GoDaddy, and then Hosting from HostGator. I have never got the e-mail working properly.. I've tried the web client on both sides, and tried setting up Hostgator on my Mail app and Outlook for mac.. Now almost every time I send e-mails, they bounce, and I get this message :

The mail server generated the following error message:

That is in the web client. I get a different message in the Mail app :

From the mail app I tried sending from the GoDaddy e-mail, and my Personal e-mail.. Same results. This happens with almost all of the leads. The few e-mails that actually go through never get replied to, and I am wondering if they are ever even being sent.
I have sent about 8 invoices out now to people who have requested one, and not a single one was paid.. They were from PayPal.
I'm losing money and I am beyond overwhelmed at this point, so any help is appreciated.. Thanks everyone..
Also, what should I be including in my 'More information' e-mail? My cold callers already inform them that they are Mobile Optimized versions of their current websites that will make it easier to browse on a mobile phone etc., and make sure to note that it will have mobile specific features such as Tap to Call, and Mapping.
Thanks everyone.
