150 views per month... options on where to go from here?

Hey all, this is my first post and I've been working with offline marketing for about 6 months now. I love it!

Anyway, here's the situation... I built a website for a local sub shop (using Wordpress), the site is now getting about 150 hits per month. I collect $25/mo for hosting and analytics.

This client operates a Facebook fan page with over 1000 likes, but rarely posts on it. I currently do not have admin access to that page.

So, for the experienced marketers out there... Where would you go from here?

Ideally I'd like to offer some kind of additional monthly service and collect more than $25/mo from this client. Is the potential there with this kind of traffic?

    And since you're a newb, I'll warn you. Do not post a link to your sub shop website here to ask others to "help" you.

    If I could figure out which one it was I'd cold call him myself and set an appointment to demo the service :-)

    Where is he in google? if not number 1 offer to provide more SEO for a fee.
    Offer social media management for a fee.
    Offer to build his VIP club(SMS text messaging) for a fee.
    Offer Direct Mail for a fee.

    Talk to him and see what he feels that he needs! and sell it to him!!

    BTW everything can be outsourced if you need help. Just make sure that you charge enough to cover the outsourcing and make a profit!

      I'm going to look into SMS text messaging and social media management, thank you guys.

      Sbishop, I would love to outsource work one day, that's my vision. But a part of me needs to know how it all works before paying someone else to make it happen.

      Another option, offering a mobile phone version of the site.
