Even the smart ones are clueless
So Im talking to a State Farm agent today who is actually one of the best branders and marketers in general as far as insurance agents go.
In the community, active on FB, billboards, promotional items ,blog etc.
I told him how he doesnt come up in top 7 google places for State Farm Insurance Agent city and he tells me very matter of factly
"State Farm likes to switch those around to give everyone a fair shot"
