iwebchk.com allows you to run multiple reports for free on as many websites as you would like.

I like BrightLocal.com, but it's not free.
If you can't afford $15/month, to have a professional branded report.... then you don't need to be offering a report.... IMHO

They do have a free 30 day trial.
Its also easy for your clients. When you send a report after you have done work, there are colors.
Green, ranking went up. Red, it went down. Yellow, no change.
They don't have to understand why it works or how... if you give them greens.... they just know its working.

This is very close to WooRank and Free - Measure & Improve Your Marketing | Free Analytics Tool | Marketing Grader

Although there is 3 boxes there you only need to type in the Website URL.

Or You could try Link Assistant's Website Auditor Onpage optimization software: make Google-friendly Web pages with WebSite Auditor

Or if you just want to see backlinks try Open Site Explorer

Both of these do trials of at least 30 day's and normally Link Assistant do a massive discount around December/Jan so if you sign up for their news letter in Jan you might have an offer for 80% discount!

You can get quite a bit from the trial versions especially if you have more than one computer or use different browsers behind a proxy.

nothing comes near to woorank in terms of simplicity and speed .. I wish , it had a competitor , Pricing seems to be high and $47/month pack doesn't have a white label report too
