I dislike paper.

So, does anyone know of a contract that's entirely automated? Or, a way of making that happen?

A contract, the way you're thinking of it as a paper document, is just a memorial of agreements you've made with someone. You can use e-mail for this. I do it all the time. Most of the time, but not all the time.

I remember back in Business Law class we learned just what you said about the terms for something being a contract.

I guess I'm looking for something that is a little more formal, official, and consistant.

    A brass engraving, perhaps?

Use any kind of form generator online. Just be sure to use the same one every time if you want a consistent look. And you're going to have to use e-mail if you want important elements of contract law to be evident, such as date, time, free and peaceable.

Haha yeah I might consider brass engravings.

I appreciate the ideas concerning the form generator and the necessity of email.
