OFFLINE MARKETING

Hey everyone,
I've been expanding my business, and am looking to hire someone who finds clients and projects for us. So basically they skim through things like Craigslist etc and find work. What would this position be called? Thanks!

That depends on what their duties are and how they get paid.

Sales broker, sales rep, appointment setter, independent contractor etc.

Per contract, hourly, salary, commission etc.

Yes there are such positions. They're just lead gen managers usually paid on a commission basis.

That is actually what I do, except I'm the co-owner of the business. We own a real estate design and development company in North Dakota and I look for jobs and investors on Craigslist and other platforms.

I guess you could say it is commission as well as hourly because I make sure to pay myself out hourly but share the profits

Account rep, Account manager , Salesperson or lowly telemarketer who if they don't hunt down their next sale won't eat and become very mean and super b*tchy by the end of the week
