Question about Payment Processing

Something I'm considering is promoting my own nutritional product. But I want to know for those who sell their own product what you use to process payments and what the best ones out there are.
I see a number of professional looking sites (ie. doubleyourdating.com and truthaboutabs.com) and I want to make sure when someone goes to purchase on my site that it looks professional and the payment processing is reliable.
