Help with Outsourcing with web design/cold calling
I'm actually not afraid of cold calling. Last weekend I closed three deals, but my issue is I can only really call on the weekends. I also love making the sites myself, but I need to outsource at this point if I am going to leave my day job which I'm feeling is going to happen if I can figure out this whole outsourcing thing.
I plan on going via elance for the cold calling and maybe fiver for the basic web design. I think what my issues is making the two work together in a seamless process so I can just manage and grow the business in other areas. Anyone have some tips?
