You can buy domains at domain registrar. Try godaddy or namecheap.com.

If you want a specific domain and it's already in use, try contacting the person who owns the domain and offering to buy it from them. You can usually find their name, e-mail, and if you're lucky, phone number via a simple WHOIS search.

Google it.. There are a lot of companies offering this, just be observant on the renewal fee, if security or privacy protection is included and the rate. There are also many coupons or discounts while you can purchase some for a very low annual price.

Yeah there are quite a few domain registrars out their. I would suggest using googles keyword tool to find some keywords that meet your specifications.

Personally I would do my online research and look for names and check out their websites - if it looks like their website has been abandoned or doing poorly them I'll look up the person under "who is" directory and send them and email making them an offer. It could be a low but nice offer for them and you never know, they might accept.

Use google keyword tool and put in your "anti-aging keyword". Sort the results by searches a month globally, and then try to model your .com around this keyword. You can be a little creative, but by doing this you can have one leg up on the competition who simply bought "thedonotgrowwrinklycream.com".

    :p

Namecheap is where you would go to register that one next...
