A simple way to make 'taking action' easy and bring in LOADS of clients for as long as you want.
You hear all over the forum "go out and take action!" so one day you muster up the courage and what happens? Many of you finally cross that daunting hurdle and make some cold calls or even go out and talk to business owners face to face.
You spend what seems to be ages, making 100 calls or 20 walk-ins, only to find that you didn't close any deals. Your 'action taking' failed and you felt like crap because it didn't work like they all said it would.
Sure there's many of you who will never take action and will always be in the 'planning' stage but that's not the big problem. The big problem is that many of you have taken action at some point and failed to keep taking action. Once you start, you have to keep going or else it will become an even bigger failure.
It's like going on a diet, you can't just do it for 2 or 3 days or even a couple weeks and expect to see big results. Same with smoking. The REAL tough part is staying on course and continuing to do what you're doing regardless of how frustrating and unfulfilling it can seem.
It doesn't seem logical to keep pushing on when you don't see results. You'll likely get negative comments from friends/family who wonder why you keep doing this and it will feel very uncomfortable at certain times but this is what separates those of us who are making big money and those who aren't.
If you can continue to take action as part of your daily routine and hold yourself to it, you're going to make some sick money, I triple dog guarantee you that. I don't care what you want to sell, be it web design, SEO, SMS, Direct Mail, Mobile Sites, Business Cards, whatever... it doesn't matter.
The Easy Action System:
I'm going to give you my magic system for making action taking a routine. Five days a week, stick ten coins in your pocket and make it an unbreakable requirement that you talk to just ten people about your services. Move a coin into your right pocket everytime you talk to someone and don't end the day without all ten coins ending up in your right pocket. That's it.
You don't have to try and slug your way through 100 cold calls a day, that might be too much to handle and you likely will get more discouraged. Just get those coins into your other pocket and talk to ten people a day about your services. You don't need to close them. Get their contact info and push them into your pipeline.
It's a proven, timeless, and a completely reliable strategy.
If you've ever heard of the financial company 'Edward Jones' they hire completely inexperienced people and train them to simply talk with 25 people per day about their investment services. If they don't quit, within a year or two they're making $150,000 per year RECURRING, from scratch. And they don't have to go prospecting anymore because they built so many relationships they work off referrals and people calling them.
There you go mate, rather than focusing on simply taking action, focus on consistently taking action at a pace you can comfortably handle each day. Commit to it. Don't kill yourself trying to talk on the phone for two hours then never touch it again for three months.
