Offline Rental WP Theme for about 5 Clients (Small Directory Theme)

I'm looking for a good WP theme for offline clients. But not for ONE client. But a theme I can showcase about 4-5 clients or so nicely on the front page. So it's not as big as a directory theme. Anyone knows a good one?

    Little bit confused, usually offline rental theme have an autoresponder form on the front page, instead of directory theme. Probably you meant portfolio theme?

    Yes, Portfolio may be good.

    Thierry, it depends on what the offline client wants. Not necessary autoresponder. I compared to a directory because directories charge minimal fee to get listed. No exclusivity. They try to get as many in that niche as possible. A typical offline rental scenario would be one client for the whole website. Total exclusivity - it's all theirs.

    What I want is something in between where you have a bit of exclusivity, yet not total exclusivity. Reason is because for total exclusivity the price may be too high and I don't want to waste time on sales to find the right client. Yet I want a bit of exclusivity so clients would still be paying a bit.

      Look at ThemeForest.com, they have some good themes. My favorites are from MySiteMyWay.com They have some great themes with lots of features.
