Does anyone know of a way to actually communicate with a real person at Facebook?

I am trying to broker the exchange of a Facebook username (agreed between the two parties concerned), but cannot see a way to do it without the risk of someone else snapping it up in the gap between when one releases it and it is available again on the open market.

Any ideas or direction would be very helpful?

    I don't think you can get a real person.

    I know a guy who had his advertising account banned because of some kind of error and it took him weeks to get it figured out.
