Client questionnaire help!
I am planning on setting up a meeting with one of our local business owners to pick her brain a little bit. I want to find out what her needs and frustrations are. What things shes doing as far marketing goes.. Whats working and whats not working.
The reason I chose her is because I figured she would be interested in
new marketing ideas since shes already using radio ads and has a fanpage. Not sure what else shes doing though.
I want to use her and her business to try some things out to see if they will work in a smaller town. I am not going to charge her..I am using this to learn and gain some experience. I do have a full-time job so all of this will be done in my spare time.
I want to come up with a questionaire type deal to give her before hand so she will have some time to really think about everything and write it down.
Can you guys give me some suggestions on what questions to ask?
