managing projects for an offline client

Hi

I have a client that is looking for some feedback for some new upcoming services they are looking at offering

They want a website built where their clients can login and make comments and suggestions

Including even making say an initial suggestion for a service, then other clients can give feedback.

They want to recognise their staff and clients for the involvement using some points system per project.

It needs to be easy not solutions that look like excel spreadsheets, or other systems that will scare their clients and users off.

What solutions do you know of?

That are also not cost prohibitive..

Thanks

Yianni

I was looking for what you just described for a long time. i used just abiut every 30 trial. Had almost 100 labels in gmail. then i found team work pm. seriously by far the best project management software out there. if you run a im company you should have this already. You can create projects and make them admins so they can add projects to it as well. i out source a lot of my google map optimization services and seo services to large marketing companies and im serious when i say i would not use anything else. if you like my review and want my referal code that would be awesome. i do not work for the company but i love thier product.

If they are just wanting login access to provide feedback, then you could use Wordpress with the Simpleress forum. There's the Post Rating plugin that would give the ability to rate posts, which would give you the point system you mentioned.

If you need a true project management system - then Basecamp, Asana, TeamworkPM or something similar would be what you need.
