Program to check offline keywords

Does anyone know a program I can use to check offline niches all over the world? Say I have a niche like "dentist". I want to search for dentist all over America or Australia, etc.

For America, people searching local searches will use for example
"dentist los angeles" or
"los angeles dentist"
and maybe even "dentist los angeles ca"

So I would need a program that has a list of all the cities already in America and I can input "dentist" and it'll check "dentist <city>" and "<city> dentist" and even "dentist <city> <state>", etc.

Does anyone know a program that can do that? Thanks.

    Hi Jon,
    You can generate the list easily.
    You can use wikipedia to find a list of cities in any state or country by population.
    Make that list into a comma separated list. Then go to:
    Free Keyword Phrase List Generator
    put the list of cities in the top box and a comma separated list of niches in the second box and tell it to generate your list.

    You can take that list and put it through Google Adwords Keyword Tool to find out searches.
