iPhone/Android APP a Client wants. HELP?

I have a client who wants to make an app so that his customers can order food from the application directly on either an iPhone or Android and choose 1 of the 4 locations. He ideally wants it like the Chipotle app on the iPhone.

Is there any way I can get this done cheap or learn how to do it quickly?

    Post an ad on odesk or freelancer with the details of what is needed and you will get tons of bids from developers. But they may not be cheap, building an app can be expensive.
