App building?

If you offer multiple services already, and have a steady ROI, I would reccomend partnering with Bizness Apps. Their White Label Platform goes extremely in depth, and is very intuitive. You can create an App with many features perfect for any Service Related Industry. (I actually think they had a webinar for marketing to chiro's/spas). Anyway, from my last point of contact is costs $300 a month, which grants you 30 initial 'apps'. One credit per app: iphone, ipad, android, and HTML5 web app. Essentially, it's costing you $10 per app. Depending upon the clientel of your Chiro, I would reccomend offering a design fee of anywhere from $750-$1000, that way you have some room to work with. Add a monthly fee for updates/push notifications etc.

The only downside to that, is the $300 a month for the service. Though, it will give you another service to up-sell to your current clients, as well as offering to new clients. So if you can afford it, I would pull the trigger! Give them a call as well, I've spoken to the CEO of the company a few times, nice guy. He will answer any questions you have, as well as listen to your opinion.

Say, I wanted an app for both Iphone and Android network. Would I need to have 2 seperate apps built?

Yes I have! In fact, you can too! Head over to their website, biznessapps.com, and register for a free account. You will instantly log in, and be able to use their platform. Make sure to read all of the features on the site first, they have some really cool stuff including GPS coupons! When you are finished, you can DL their app viewer app for free for either iPhone or Android, and input the code they give you, and you will be able to use it full functioning!

And you would not! One app does it all, you just have to use the credits. 1 credit per app, so if you want an iphone and an android it will be 2 credits.

They have single packages available as well, but I'd reccomend their white label platform if you provide other services.

PS. For the $300/mth package how much am I charged for hosting per app?

No problem! It is just $300 per month, which gives you 30 credits. ($10 per credit, thats how much it is additionally if you surpass the 30 they give you). The Hosting fee is included within the $300, so technically that is all that youre paying for, and using the platform to design is free. The only other thing is a $100 fee from apple, which has nothing to do with them to become a developer and submit to the appstore. Thats only for an iPhone app though, android is free to submit. They guide you through the whole process, as well as give you marketing materials and the whole sha-bang. Hoenstly, just check out their site and give them a call. They are pleasent to talk to, and they will answer all of your questions.

What are you guys selling the apps for? This is for a chiropractic practice in Alabama so its not going to be anything too aweful crazy!

Anything man! Retail, Services... You can include a click to call, gps directions, loyalty coupons, (Similar to a 'punch out' card, except you 'check in' via gps. You can set it to lets say 5 times, so your 6th adjustment would be free.) It has anything you need to cater to any business.
