Outsourcing - who does it?

Just doing a little bit of research here, as I am considering offering my services in the warrior for hire section.
I was curious how many of you outsource your web design? I have seen many examples of sites built for small businesses such as plumbers, beauty salons, accountants etc so I know what the product looks like. I was wondering how many of you outsource the whole site, so it was essentially ready to be sent over to the client including the content on each page? And if people are willing to share, how much do you pay your outsourcer for the full website (Say a WP site with 5 pages, but excluding SEO, to make things comparable).
If you do outsource, do you tend to go to the same person, and how many sites do you buy off that person on a weekly basis on average?
I haven't had much luck selling my web design, and I am moving to Spain shortly. I don't speak Spanish so will struggle to get a job over there! I was brainstorming ways I could potentially make an income and this was one idea I had.
I know I make good websites that clients would be very pleased with and know the type of sites offline clients want. However, don't enjoy the salesman bit, and don't want the stress of running and growing a business in another country whilst I'm there. So whilst I know this isn't as lucrative as making the sales myself, for this stage in my life it is an option that I would be happy with. And hopefully I can help some Warriors out (and make their clients happy)!
I am particularly interested in the price you would pay so I know if this is viable (and to ensure I can be competitive). Also the amount of work you outsource so I can work out if I would be better off doing odd jobs here for large numbers of Warriors, or should focus on working with a smaller number, and helping them with the bulk of their work.
Any help you guys can offer would be much appreciated!!
