You really need to split test and optimize based on that testing. No two "scripts" / pitches should be the same. Each of us has a different personality and we should use it / them as best we can.

Actually successful call centers give the exact same proven script to a hundred people, expecting every personality type in the room to say it verbatim, and thats how they are able to predict and quantify their results as well as scale and duplicate success.

You don't need a script. You just need a business with a rocking website that doesn't have a mobile website.
Easy sell because they get it. Also, find sites with twitter and facebook accounts. They get it.

Otherwise, "Mrs. Businesswoman, your site doesn't fit on my phone. See? I can fix that."
