Client wants main website revamp AND mobile site!

Greetings Offline Warriors,

I normally post in the mobile section but wanted to bring this question to all of you. Earlier today I met with a potential client to sell them on a mobile site. They love the idea and wants to move forward with it as well as one of my other services (I do primarily mobile) but his current website is in serious need of a revamp and would be more than willing to work with me if I can do both and have them work from one single back office.

So my question is can anyone suggest either someone (outsourcers, maybe?) or even a wordpress theme that can optimize for mobile viewing and back to desktop? The customer runs a small real estate office in Boston. He will put his featured listings on both sites and then have a link to search MLS and You Got Listings (popular online interface for apartment rentals) along with a contact form, about us section and a property management section.

Any suggestions? Not exactly new to mobile marketing, but new to offering/ upselling other services so this would be my first website. I'm not too bad with wordpress. Also what would you charge a customer for this kind of service?
