Pay per call for lead generation?

Does anyone use pay per call for lead generation? Is it reliable? What networks do you use to do it?

    Pay per call is a good campaign, however it is good to sign up for a monthly campaign. In a pay per call campaign, you will only get the leads that you pay for. For a monthly campaign, not only do you get the leads but a list of possible prospects. They are prospects that showed interest but is not ready to make decisions now.

      I think you're talking about pay per lead.

      If the TS is looking for outbound pay per call services, there are many reputable lead generation companies that will charge around 1 to 2 USD per call or contact reached.

    I've never been a fan of buying leads to call. Have any of you had any success in converting? What are your conversion rates using this method?

    I've just always had a question about getting clients to pay for the call or for the actual lead and then how to charge or monetize it.

    Should they pay for every call or some arbitrary length of call? How do you measure this?

    If they are only paying for calls that lead to closed business, then I am relying on their sales process once the call is received to actually be "good".

      I charge for leads based on the industry. I've had as little as 1 call a month for a client to over 600 calls a month. It depends on the industry if you go by call or length, but always record the calls to see if they are blowing the call length by bad sales tactics or by trying to do a call back so they can skirt your time settings.

    Frank, regarding recordings, when you transfer the call, does your line stay on the call until one of the other two parties drops off? What are your time settings for it to be considered a worthwhile lead.

    I do. the combination of pay per call + lead generating developed into new technology which synchronization between specific phone call and the browsers.

    In simple words, the moment user calls to you (since you set a campaign with "smart" phone no to call to) the moment the conversation starts you can use user browser in order to present info and fill leads / order details.

    Right now we use the technology in order to generate leads in forex market - what market are you involved?
