How do I trim a prospect list down to the "ideal list" ?

Hi everyone;

I currently have a yellowpages list of business people, let's say used car salesmen. I want to trim this list down to used car salesmen

- In the business less than 2 years

- Who serve high income zip codes

- And have shown a willingness to spend on non-required education (especially marketing)

To be crystal clear, the target is the contractor himself, not the business

    Do you have enough $$$ to outsource this to a virtual assistant. For example, someone on Odesk?

    You can:

    - hire someone to cold call and qualify your list (meaning they will ask the questions you want asked so you can find those people)
    - buy a list with those parameters
