Need help with interview recording

I have several people who have agreed to be interviewed by me. So I can post the interviews on my website, what is the best software/hardware/or whatever I would need to accomplish my recording mission.

In other words, I will call them, record them and post the interview. What is the best and/or easiest tool to use?

All help greatly appreciated.

P.S. Skype seems not to be a good choice but then I could be wrong.

    Haha... I was gonna say Skype

    You could also try having them give a presentation, and record it via AnyMeeting or GoToMeeting.
    Then you can have a presentation or just take the audio out through Camtasia.

    Skype is great if you have a decent microphone. Then use an extra called Call Recorder to capture the audio.
