Webdesign Quote help?

I have a meeting in the morning with a guy that owns a couple of government contracting companies locally. He also has a satellite company he is looking to take nationally. He sent me over a couple sites that he likes. Can I PM these to a couple of yall to see how you would quote this. The SEO is going to be a completely different
ballgame . I will get all the seo info in the morning during my appointment. I haven't quoted any sites before when the customer can order on the site so any help would be appreciated.
