Now, you can show them or talk about it in terms of money. Have them take out their calculator and ad an additional 5%-9% in revenue from last month. I bet their eyes will bug out of their head.
Now you're not just talking about Yelp and some star rating they've probably never heard of. You're talking their language, which is the money language spoken by all small business owners.
