You need a contact form somewhere above the fold to capture leads.

Darker colored and possibly even slightly larger sized text.

State your competitive advantage and benefits.

        Thanks Marvin.

There may be some useful info there,
however that was about placing an ad in
places like Craigslist, Yellow Pages or where
your ad is seen amongst others.

And the call to action was to get the phone call.

My preference for this type of business is always to go for the phone call,
        not go visit a website.

        With Aaron's postcard campaigns,
I'd strongly recommend to go for the phone call and leave out the web address.

If he is using an Adwords or SEO strategy, then it will be different.

        Just clarification needed I thought.

        Best,
        Ewen

It looks like you have three main services - Termite Control - Pest Control- Wood Replacement - currently they are buried under the services button in your menu.

This site is fine if you just want people to know about your company. However, from some of your other posts here, I know that is not the case.

When you are creating your marketing collateral, including a website, always remember WHY people are on your site to begin with. They didn't come to learn about YOUR mission, they came to see if you could help them with THEIR mission which is to solve a problem.

I won't go into all of the data to support what I am about to say because it would take a long time. So, I will just throw it out there.

Don't put your services under the button. When they land on your page, there should be three big boxes right at the top, one for each service. You could put these into your slider area and just have one default slider that shows all three. Each box is a photo corresponding to the service offered and has in big bold letters the name of the service - Termite Control - Pest Control - Wood Replacement. Use photos that evoke an emotion of some kind if possible. Make people want to do one thing, call your number. They can click on the service if they want to read more, but people just want help. Let them know right away what you do.

Put the service you want to sell the most of in the middle. The human brain is pre-disposed to want the middle option.

Set off the area around the phone numbers with a different, darker color. By putting color around the it, the eyes will draw to them much more.

    Use local numbers.

Add a photo of yourself to the page. Smiling faces raises conversions.

Don't make people click to see the reviews. Put them right underneath the services on the homepage. Social proof is very powerful.

In your header, put your three locations with each ones phone number underneath. Orange - Temecula - Bellflower

Spread them out right at the top with a color accent around the number (not red). Use the local numbers. People can see the number close to them, and it just looks easy. You can keep the locations page in case people want to know where you are. But every time I have needed pest control, I have never known where the office was. I didn't care. I needed them to come to ME.

Don't bury the contact form on the "Request Service" page. Stick it on the home page right next to the reviews. Put the locations and phone numbers under that again so in case they are scrolled down, they see the numbers.

Stick another picture of your smiling face by the form and numbers in case they are scrolled down. Research has shown that a picture of eyeballs on a page make people more likely to act.

Remember, it's not about you, its about them. People are scared. They don't know how much damage has been done by the termites and they want an expert to come right away and tell them their house isn't going to fall down.

Crazy good recommendations! I will try to best implement your strategy, and your right about nearly everything you said. This was done by a friend of mine who has full time work already so I will have to go easy on him as he has put alot of hours in for me already but I know hes game to make the website extremely competitive.
