OFFLINE MARKETING

Hi, does anyone know a good provider here on wf for wp themes for local businesses.
I am looking either to hire on a contract basis or just buy bunch of themes. thanks

I have #3 on this list and like it. I have The Easiest Local Offline Theme EVER! | The RockStar Local Lead Theme (not an affiliate link). I like it. I like it because it's a theme that can easily customized to any type of business. #3, Sean Lowery's are good, but he sells individual themes... each package only has themeses for a handful of specific businesses.

Also, I found rockstar lead theme easier to set up... I like the way Sean Lowery's look more...

I'm always looking at new themes for clients. Pinacolada provided you with an amazing list of resources and hopefully they'll help you out. Thanks for posting the thread and thanks to pinacolada for providing the links as I myself was looking into some new themes and the post her post was really helpful.

No, the brand new theme by the 2 Rockstars and Lina T is a completely different theme to their local lead theme.

Their new theme combines the power of a direct response (lead-capture) website with the SEO capability of a standard "brochure" style website.

I am trying it out now with clients, and so far the results have been very encouraging.

Whatever you do, don't get the Rockstar Biz Theme. There is absolutely no support whatsoever.
There are many better options available. I recently found this local theme:
Local Business Theme and their support just blew me away. Never had to wait longer than 2 hours.

Brilliant set up and shows aspiring theme sellers how to run a proper business.
They make everyone else look like amateurs.

In case you're wondering, I have nothing to do with the above Ink Theme people, just making a genuine recommendation to fellow Warriors and helping them make a good choice.

Not in reference to any links to theme vendors in this thread I should let you know to do your due diligence before buying any Wordpress themes or even plugins.

MAKE SURE the vendor has a proven history of supporting and updating them as WordPress updates.

I learned this lesson the hard way by having about 10 of my clients sites using a Wordpress theme I had purchased off this very forum.

Wordpress updated and like a good businessman I updated my clients sites to ensure they stayed up with security updates, etc. etc.

Then they all stopped working and there were ZERO updates from the vendor and I had to redo 10 sites.

So yeah, be very careful around here who you buy that type of stuff from.
