Finding Website Designers

Just don't click on our PPC ads.

I refuse to work with anyone who clicks on my ads and then markets services to me. I'm paying £3 a click to be marketed to! Simply copy and paste the URL from the PPC ad rather than clicking.

Sort of off topic, but it might save you losing a client or two!

Other than that just search around these forums. Web designers work hard to market themselves in a lot of cases, so finding them shouldn't be too hard. Other than that, pay someone on eLance/oDesk to make a list of numbers and get dialling.

Go to forum for web designers, try to focus on that forum building your reputation and then sell them your products...Also from youtube showing them is the other way to build reputation and making your product reliable..

There are a few web designer forums and web designer directories online.

Unfortunately the folks running some web directories are only interested in getting designers to pay for advertising, and aren't smart enough to realize that other people may want to market TO the web designers listed there, but at least you can get a list of names and numbers together pretty quickly.

Maybe look in the WSO forum for a scraper to search through google or bing for you too?

Go to craigslist and look at postings made by Web Designers looking for clients. Let them know that you can deliver said clients to them, etc. If you can outsource the job to somebody else, you can do that in classifieds across the country.

Not sure how it would convert but it would obviously depend on your written response. Maybe it's a waste of time but maybe it's worth trying out. Regardless, best of luck to you!

Craigslist is good. Also just search for "web designer city" or "city web design".

You are looking to sell services to Web Designers?

I always hate to be rude right off the bat but I usually am a bit, but I always find it funny when someone state they have something to sell to a market but do not now where to find that marker....

So a few quick places....any place that sells wordpress, joomla, drupal, oscommerce, magento, html, etc etc themes like themeforest......after that, doing a Google search for "web design services" is another good place, social media(since web designers market to others, it is easy to find them with relevant keywords) and lastly any and all forums that deal with the internet, business or marketing will have web designers on it.....not to mention all online and offline classified ad sites and newspapers...

If you actually run thin on prospect from looking in those place...then post here again and I will mention another 10 specific places that you can easily find web designers....one might actually be the "Warriors For Hire" and " Complete Web Sites For Sale!" forum here on warrior....

There's a bunch of cool web designers on oDesk, Elance and Freelance. I'm sure you'll get more qualified applicants when you post a job there. Just be careful and choose the one who can provide you with what you need.

You can get hooked up with people on Forrst. That's a pretty cool community over there. I used to run my design work by those folks. Very helpful and bright.
