Craigslist guys

Been putting it off as long as possible but the time has come to join the bandwagon of CL.

I must admit that I have severely neglected CL simply because I didn't want to take the time to learn. So far this month the team closed just over 12k in local sales and just shy of 5k in national sales with calling.

Now it's time that I learn some Craigslist. I have been studying up quite a bit lately and testing some different types of ads myself. One thing I have noticed in one of the main cities I'm posting in is one particular ad...

It's an image ad linked to a website. They are posting with slightly different titles but they seem to be posting this same image ad probably 10-15 times/day in the same city.

My question is how are they doing it? Different accounts? Wouldn't they have problems with ghosting if they are linking the same image to the same website 10-15 times/day? By posting that frequently they HAVE to have problems with people flagging...right?

I'm just curious as to what some of you experts think. How are they doing it?

    use the search feature and you'll find the answers you are searching for, plus answers to CL questions you didn't even know to ask. ( Search iAmNameless, Redshifted, Maxrezn, all with the keyword Craigslist. There are more, but this should be a good headstart)

    I have heard of a number of craigslist marketers doing unethical and blackhat tasks to achieve multiple accounts, not too sure if I can post them here. But a quick search on google would find it. But I would advise to stay away from those blackhat methods, as your accounts will get banned including your original one.
