Is there a market for data (info) on tens of thousands of business owners who do not have web sites, but who operate in markets where they absolutely should have one?

    There are a number of sites in my bookmarks that sell business lists and they are not so cheap. So, yes there is definitely a market for this but the data should be reliable and up to date. It is no easy task to keep such huge lists up to date.

    There's an enormous market for it as long as the information is up to date - which is the main problem. There's too many companies nowadays selling outdated lists of crap.
