Sending letters
I have been lurking around the forum for a while now and finally decided to register. I have a question and hopefully some of you brilliant people can help me out.
I am in the process of starting a cleaning/landscaping company with a partner. Right now we have our first few customers, for cleaning it is mostly residential homes, but I want to branch out some more. Right now we are looking into sending letters to property managers(apartment buildings, condos, etc.) telling them why they need us.
My question is, does anyone have experience writing letters like this, some I could take a look at or a link to learn a bit more about writing things like this. I assume it would also be better to show up in person and deliver these letters to the different offices. Any help is greatly appreciated.
