Big Ups to the Offline Forum
Hi All, just wanted to say thanks to everyone for doing what you do here on the offline marketing discussion section.
Wish I had a super sweet golden nugget to share with you as a way of saying thanks, but for now a simple "thanks" will have to do.
Wanna know why I appreciate you all so much? Well, about a month ago I lost my job as a legal seo analyst and thing is...
Although I totally hated the gig there was this weird sense of prestige that came along w. being able to say, "I manage the seo strategy for so and so law firm, yep...That's right its those guys w. the corny personal injury commercials.. But u see their rankings? Ah hem, yep that was all me..."
Don't know about you but if you've ever lost a job that you knew you kicked a$$ at it's not a good feeling. But you know what? Reading the discussions over here in the offline section, kept my head in the game.
Though the game is far from over I ended up miraculously jv'ing w. another team that had already had enough do'ers but no sellers. And since it's not really a job per se'...aint no training manual to going out and getting business.
But between the stuff I've seen here in the offline section and yes, even from a couple of WSO's I've already brought in one client @ 2k/mth and I've got a couple of hot irons lined up for this week that might turn into something pretty nice too.
So I can't say enough about you guys, definitely keep it coming and know that I look forward to exchanging more success stories with one another!
