Phone leads - what niche?

Hello guys.
Long story short, I can scrape people's phone numbers and call them. These are not some random numbers, but people that are actually selling/want to buy something. I can call them and ask them for details. For example I can phone a guy who wants to sell his home and get his address, name and other relevant info. So I can deliver extended info about targeted people and also can figure out if they are serious or just bullsh*tters and bring only quality leads to the table.
So what niche should I choose? I mean would any company buy such leads? Ofc I'd like some good price, not like $0.5 per lead as it takes some times to phone people and talk to them.

    Personally, I found mastering a specific niche and self sourcing on Google maps is not only effective, but free.

    What you need to do in order for leads to be effective is to have a way to organize everything and take notes on them. I find it takes me a few attempts to get a feel if the prospects interested or not. With that in mind, I deal with dentists and a few plastic surgeons.

    What are you going to tell them when they ask you where you got your leads from?

    There are already other companies that focus specifically on targeted list, which are not just scraped from google.

      I get that asked so rarely that it's not a factor. I'm continually mastering my niche and I sound confident so it doesn't get questioned. Other companies? I don't give a sh!t. I focus on being a better sales person than other companies and delivering an ROI worth mentioning.

        You're in for a rude awakening if you don't expect your potential customers to ask for some insight on where your leads came from. I'm not saying give your methods away, but some basic information is required.

        I get asked multiple times a day on how our website design leads are generated; it's vital for my customers to know this information, so they know how to how to approach our leads. This information has a significant impact on your customer's conversion rates.

          I agree to a point with this, but it all depends on what you are offering...I let any client refuse to pay for any lead he/she does not believe is quality, so how I generate the lead is moot.

          Not like it is a big secret but they really don't give a shit most the time.

  • I guess i'm a little puzzled. Getting accurate info about folks isn't overly difficult or expensive (I sell 1,000 records guaranteed to be 100% accurate for $69), but what other value are you bringing? For example, are they people actually interested in buying websites or something of that nature?
